This workshop is designed for everyday people, caregivers and patients who must make health related decisions for themselves or for someone else. The workshop aims to share an approach, which can be used by people who are faced with making health related or life altering decisions.
Participants will be introduced to the B.R.A.I.N worksheet and shown how it can be used to explore the Benefits, Risks, Alternatives, personal Intuition and Next Steps associated with making complex and challenging decisions.
This is an interactive information session of 60 minutes in length.
